DELIVERY TIMES

  1. After you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. 
  2. Then you will be sent an email that your order is shipped, including your Tracking number.
  3. Orders are normally received within 7 - 15 business days from shipping date.

TRACKING

In certain cases outside of our control the parcel may take longer due to customs clearance, or logistics company. We advise you to be patient, as this is international delivery.

Amore Decor is not responsible in case numerous attempts of delivery have been made (see courier’s policy), but not received by you as well as any claims made for items marked as "delivered" on the tracking system.
Amore Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. 
In such rare events you should check if your address given is correct, then contact the transport courier or local authorities for resolution. 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

We automatically select the best team of couriers for your delivery. Your order will be carefully and professionally handled from start to finish making sure it arrives to you safe and sound. 

 

RETURNS

STEPS FOR RETURNS

Within 90 days from the day of receipt you may return any purchased goods.
Please, note your delivery date carefully.

Please, note that the returned items must remain intact, in their undamaged original package, with the barcodes on the product visible, and so that the warranty is not voided (Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with). The returned product should not impact a second sale. 

 

If you wish to return a non-damaged item, for your own reason, please do not return it to the address on the parcel. Instead:

  1. Write us an email to hello@amoredecorstore.com noting your full name, which item(s) you wish to return, and stating your Order Details.
  2. Then you will receive an email with an RMA number and the details of where you have to send the package to. (Orders shipped back to the address on the shipping label will not qualify for a refund).
  3. After sending the package back, please write us again with the Tracking Number of the parcel.
  4. A refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was made with within 5 - 10 business days and after the items(s) are received and carefully inspected that they are in an original, saleable condition.


All shipping costs associated with returning an item shall be borne by yourself. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

We will do everything possible to make sure you are compensated for your purchase in case any error occurs, which is not your fault.
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging within 7 days of the date of receiving it.

For returning defective products, please follow the steps mentioned above, adding:

  1. The reason for return; a photo of the damage.
  2. State if you would like a refund or replacement. 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, just make a separate purchase for the new item.
